One tablet contains 100mg of Sildenafil just like Viagra.
The recommended starting dose is half of a 100mg tablet before sexual activity. If the effect of this dose is not sufficient, only then the dose should be increased to the full 100mg tablet. The product should not be taken more than once a day. The effects of the product are present with sufficient sexual stimulation. The preparation is not an aphrodisiac. Elderly patients should start treatment with the minimum recommended dose (50mg/day).
Recommendations for patients with kidney or renal disease:
Persons suffering from severe renal or kidney disease should take the product with caution, initiating treatment at the minimum recommended dose of 25mg/day. The preparation should not be taken concomitantly with drugs containing nitrates or capable of releasing nitric oxide and preparations containing isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate. The joint use of the preparation with other medications requires the approval of your attending physician, specially if you are taking preparations of cimetidine, erythromycin and Ketoconazole.
As with most medications, side effects may occur and are usually mild and transient. Common ones include headache and facial flushing. Other side effects that occur infrequently but have been noted include indigestion, dizziness, stuffy nose, and effect on vision. If you find yourself with an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, you need to see a doctor immediately. Keep the tablets in their original packaging, at a temperature not exceeding 10-30°C.
